2. Rescheduling

   • Users may reschedule their booked slot before the specified time limit (mentioned during booking).

   • Rescheduling requests made after the time limit will not be accommodated, and a new booking will be required.

3. No Refunds on Cancellations

   • Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations will not result in a refund of the registration fee.

4. Policy Acceptance
