Cancellation & Refund Policy

BIG B BUSINESS SOLUTIONS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. This policy states that cancellations will only be taken into account if they are made at least three days prior to the reservation date. If the cancellation request is submitted less than three days before the reserved date, it might not be taken into consideration. A refund is not applicable in these situations. We are entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is made in accordance with the company policy.  Any refunds that BIG B BUSINESS SOLUTIONS has authorized will take 5-7 days to process and reach the end user.
